It is primarily for those that really aren't concerned with all the techno jargon or spending every waking moment trying to plan their workouts for the day. There is a lot of technical information available pertaining to this field, as well as programs that can be so complicated, they consume your entire life. This site has no intention of trying to cover these at this time.
